At RCC’s Counseling Services, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to help college students thrive academically, emotionally, and personally. Our Services: We offer a range of counseling services tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of college students. Our services include:

1. Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions with a counselor who will provide a safe and confidential space to address your personal concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, thoughts of suicide, addictions, and more.

2. Group Counseling: Join supportive and interactive counseling groups led by our skilled counselors. Engage in discussions and activities with peers who may be facing similar challenges, fostering connection and personal growth.

3. Workshops and Events: Participate in informative workshops and events covering topics like stress management, study skills, time management, mindfulness, and self-care. These interactive sessions are designed to equip you with practical tools and strategies to enhance your well-being and academic success.

4. Referrals: If you require specialized services beyond our scope, we can provide you with appropriate referrals to external professionals and resources in the community.
