National Career Readiness Certification(NCRC)

The National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) certifies that job seekers have the core employability skills required across multiple industries and occupations. It is a portable credential that promotes career development and skill attainment for the individual, and confirms to employers that an individual possesses basic workplace skills in reading, math, and locating information skills that all jobs require. The three assessments that make up the NCRC are Applied Mathematics, Workplace Documents, and Workplace Graphic Literacy The NCRC is awarded on four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

We encourage all individuals who are interested in taking the assessments to come to our Keys 2 Job Success Lab to practice prior to taking the final assessments.
