Graduation
The Robeson Community College Spring Commencement Ceremony has been moved indoors for Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Ticketed seats will be held until 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Must have met program requirements in December 2022, May 2023, or by July 2023, please submit a completed graduation application to the Records Office.
Graduation Times
9:00 a.m. – Associate of Applied Science
4:00 p.m. – Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in General Education, Diploma, College and Career Readiness
Arrival Time
All graduates need to report to the student center for graduation line-up. If you want your picture taken with the photographer please be in the student center by 8:00 a.m. for the morning graduation and by 3:00 p.m. for those graduating at the evening ceremony.
Tickets
- Tickets are required
- Each graduate will receive 3 tickets for graduation
- Tickets may be picked up in the Record’s Office in building 13
Diplomas
Diplomas will be mailed, approximately three weeks after graduation, to the address in Self-Service. Please verify the address on file before graduation. Should you need to update your address, please contact the Business Office at (910) 272-3453.
Professional Photograph
A professional photographer will be available to take a picture of the graduate before the ceremony (must arrive an hour early) in the Student Center, building 13. An on stage photograph will also be taken during the acceptance of the diploma cover.
Balloons and Flowers for Sale
For your convenience, the RCC Foundation will be on site selling balloons and flowers for the celebration.
Balloons, flowers, beverages, and food will not be allowed in the auditorium. Purchases can be picked up after the ceremony.
