Counseling Resources

Students are encouraged to visit our office and review brochures and other printed material to assist them with developing resumes and cover letters, tips for interviewing, and other career related activities. Students may receive additional assistance by attending workshops held each semester on the following topics:

  •     Test-Taking and Test Anxiety Skills
  •     Stress and Time Management
  •     Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills
  •     Study Skills

Student Assistance Program

The Student Assistance Program is a college-sponsored benefit that offers the support and resources you need to address personal or school-related challenges and concerns. It’s confidential and free to you and your household family members. Help is available 24/7/365 by calling 1-800-633-3353.

The Student Assistance Program offers great online resources to assist with Work-Life Balance.
