The Information Technology (IT) Department at Robeson Community College is dedicated to providing reliable, secure, and customer-focused support to our students, faculty, and staff. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service while maintaining a secure and trustworthy technology environment. From campus-wide wireless access to classroom technology and enterprise systems, our team is here to keep RCC connected and protected.

For the most efficient service, we strongly recommend submitting a support request through our Help Desk portal at support.robeson.edu. This allows you to track the progress of your issue, browse helpful support articles, reset your password, and more.

If you prefer to call, you can reach the Help Desk at 910-272-3566. Please note that our team may be assisting other members of the RCC community, so be sure to leave a detailed voicemail. Your message will automatically generate a work order and be routed to the next available technician for follow-up.
