Upcoming classes!

Chief 101 Refresher (OSFM Requirement) RCC Emergency Services Training Center October 6, 2020. Class will start at 1800 hrs.  This is a refresher class ONLY.

Technical Rescuer Trench Rescue (certification) RCC Emergency Services Training Center October 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20, 2020. Class starts at 0800 hrs. each day.  This is a 64 hour course. Students will be required to have proper PPE.  Textbook for this class is Jones and Bartlett Third Edition of Trench Level I and II Principles and Practice.  Pre-registration is required.

Fire and Life Safety Educator Level 1 (certification) RCC Emergency Services Training Center October 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2020.  Class starts at 0900 hrs. each day. Refer to OSFM website for course pre-requisites.  Students will need to have Jones and Bartlett Second Edition Fire and Life Safety Educator textbook for class. Pre-registration is required!

Fire Investigation Technician (certification) RCC Emergency Services Training Center November 16-20, 2020 and November 30-December 4, 2020. This is a direct delivery class from OSFM. Attendance for both weeks is required for certification. Prerequisites are member in good standing with fire, law EM or EMS agency. 21 years of age, completion of required CFITrainer.net classes and a Chief officer affirmation letter. Required textbook is Fire Investigator (Fourth Edition) published by Jones and Bartlett. Pre-registration is required!

Fire Instructor I (certification) RCC Emergency Services Training Center November 10, 11 and 12, 2020.  Class starts at o900 hrs. each day. Students are required to have three years experience in their certification to become certified.  Required textbook is Fire and Emergency Services Instructor ninth edition (IFSTA). Pre-registration is required.

Fire Instructor II (certification) RCC Emergency Services Training Center December 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2020. Class starts at 0900 hrs. each day. Students are required to be certified fire instructor 1 before taking the class.  Required textbook is Fire and Emergency Service Instructor ninth edition (IFSTA).  Pre-registration is required.
