Do you want to make a difference in the Fire Service or even in yourself, if the answer is YES then you need to attend this 3-hour course. June 24. 2025 6:30pm to 9:30pm, at the Robeson Community College Emergency Services Training Center.
Weak leaders blame everything on someone else. Strong leaders openly accept blame and learn from the experience.

I was inspired to join the fire service after seeing my father serve on the Dunn Fire Department for 18 years.         


1989:
Joined Dunn Rescue Squad as a volunteer at 16 years old

1991: Joined Erwin Fire and Rescue Squad, where I currently serve as a Volunteer Captain

1996: Joined Connie Beasley’s Triple C Fire and Rescue Training; served as an instructor for 17 years until Connie’s passing

1993 – Present: Began fulltime work in the fire service in Wake County; currently serve as a Fire Captain with the Fuquay-Varina Fire Department
