The Office of Records and Registration at Robeson Community College is responsible for the creation and maintenance of academic records for all students who pursue their education at our college. These records include but are not limited to student academic information, records of enrollment, academic status, degree /certificate completion and directory information. Procedures have been established to assure the security and integrity of our data.

Robeson Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide degree and enrollment verification and the NSC is our authorized agent.

Students and parents seeking enrollment verification will need to visit www.studentclearinghouse.org to create an account and pay a small fee in order to obtain a verification.  An employer, housing authority or social services office is not likely to do this for you.

Employers or background screening firms requesting enrollment verification or related information, please contact the National Student Clearinghouse at: www.studentclearinghouse.org
To check a degree, past attendance or professional certification, see:    www.degreeverify.org

Students and organizations seeking this information from the NSC should understand that enrollment information is uploaded periodically, that verifications may not be available until a few weeks after a term begins, and that a student can make changes to a schedule at any time.
