New Student Orientation (NSO)

Make plans to attend a New Student Orientation (NSO) to ensure academic success and learn more about student resources, college policies, procedures and publications.
During NSO you will interact with faculty, network with faculty, staff and students, register for courses, explore the MyRCC Online Portal, and attend break-out sessions to learn more about college resources and organizations. If you will be registering a vehicle, please bring your state issued vehicle registration card.
This day will help prepare you for a successful college experience!
YOU MUST BE ACCEPTED TO THE COLLEGE AND MEET WITH AN ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION (NSO)!
PLEASE BRING A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION (PHOTO ID) TO NSO!
The following programs will be participating in New Student Orientation (NSO):
Business Technologies – (Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Medical Office Administration)
Health Science – (EMS, Nursing (PN/ADN), Radiography, Respiratory Therapy and Surgical Technology)
Industrial Technologies – (Electrical Systems Technology, Welding Technology, Air Conditioning, and Heating and Refrigeration Technology)
Public Service – (Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Culinary and Early Childhood)
