This course concentrates on shop safety, basic welding techniques, and cutting procedures. Emphasis is placed on beads applied with gasses, mild steel fillers, electrodes, and the capillary action of solder. Students will learn welding symbols recognition, and blueprint reading. Registration and payment due one week prior to class start date.
