Veterans Day Ceremony to be held Friday at RCC

Robeson Community College will host a Veterans Day Ceremony on Friday, November 10 at 11:00 a.m. in front of the flagpoles between Building 13 and Building 14.

The event will honor all who served in the various branches of the United States Military – Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Air Force, Space Force, and Army.

The event will feature the singing of the National Anthem by Riley Dial, the 2023-2024 Junior Miss Lumbee; the presentation of wreath by BLET students; a 21 gun salute and playing of taps by the Robeson County Honor Guard; and a guest speaker, Sgt. Major Gary Deese, who will give veteran remarks.

The event is free and open to the public. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.
