Confidential Employees
Reporting a Claim The following designations have been made in order to assist students with reporting a claim.
Confidential Employees are employees who hold a professional license requiring confidentiality, such as Mental Health Counselors, Pastoral Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, and/or Health Center employees. Confidential employees are NOT required by Title IX to report ANY information to the Title IX Coordinator or designee unless the information presented poses a significant threat to the safety and security of an individual(s), school property, or the campus community. Crimes can be reported on a voluntary, confidential basis for inclusion in the annual disclosure of crime statistics.
