“Rock Your World” with a $1600 scholarship; kickoff November 1
Robeson Community College and Rock 103 are partnering together to offer new, current, and former students an opportunity to win a $1600 scholarship.
The “Rock Your World” scholarship will enable one lucky Rock 103 listener to enroll in any credential program at the college, including continuing education and curriculum programs. To qualify, you simply tune into the rock station morning and afternoon for opportunities to enter the contest.
More details will be made available during the “Rock Your World” kickoff on November 1 at RCC’s main campus in Lumberton. Rock 103 will be broadcasting live from RCC from 12pm until 2pm.
The Rock Your World Kickoff is a part of the College’s 2nd Annual Homecoming Week. Wednesday will also feature many opportunities for fun, including a mechanical bull, dunking booth, and a tug-of-war contest. Registration for Spring 2024 and Summer 2024 will also open on November 1 and will be an opportunity for students to apply, file the FAFSA, and register for upcoming classes. Winter Session, which begins on November 30, is also open for registration.
