Question – I took a 2-hour CPR class in July, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – I worked part-time in July and August, but am no longer employed at RCC, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – I am enrolling in the Winter Session, taking one class as a special credit student, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – My last day at RCC was July 1, am I eligible? Yes.

Question – I took a 4-hour law enforcement training class through continuing education, am I eligible? Yes.

Question – I enrolled in one 7-week class that ended in September, but am not currently enrolled, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – I took summer classes at RCC that ended in July, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – I am an early college student that takes classes at RCC, am I eligible? Yes. 

Question – I am a high school student who takes CCP classes at RCC, am I eligible? Yes. 

(Fully vaccinated = 2 shots of Pfizer, 2 shots of Moderna or 1 shot of Johnson and Johnson). 

Question: I got vaccinated in March, am I eligible? Yes, if you meet the criteria in Step #1. 

Question: I only got one of the shots of the Pfizer vaccine, am I eligible? No. You need two shots. 

Question: I only got one shot of the Moderna vaccine, am I eligible? No. You need two shots. 

Question: I got one shot of each vaccine, am I eligible? No. Each shot must be by same manufacturer to be eligible for promotion.

Click on the COVID-19 link in theMedical Document Upload section.
Complete the form and submit a digital proof of immunization record.
A screenshot, scanned copy, or photograph are acceptable materials.
