RCC Receives $2,000 Grant

The Georgia-Pacific Foundation presented a $2,000 contribution to Robeson Community College Foundation.

The Robeson Community College Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation that receives, holds, invests and disburses funds for the purpose of providing scholarships to students. The Foundation seeks to provide educational opportunities through scholarships to students who might otherwise be unable to attend RCC.

Established in 1958, the Georgia-Pacific Foundation sets aside resources to improve life in the communities where they operate. They’ve worked with thousands of outstanding community-based programs, service projects and disaster relief efforts, focusing their investment in four areas they believe make the most impact: education, environment, enrichment, and entrepreneurship.
