RCC programs to be highlighted on WWAY through January 2024
Starting on November 13, programs at Robeson Community College will begin to be highlighted by WWAY-TV on the Carolina Beat and Culinary WWAY. Each segment will feature information on various programs and also give a testimonial from a student currently enrolled in the program or one who has graduated and is now working in their chosen field.
The segments will showcase continuing education programs housed at the RCC COMTech location in Pembroke – massage therapy, manicurist, esthetics, barbering, as well as adult high school and nurse aid, both of which are also available on the main campus.
Other continuing education and short-term training programs on the main campus will also be featured, including health occupations, truck driving, and workforce solutions.
Five curriculum programs were also filmed recently by the station – culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, hospitality management, respiratory therapy, and basic law enforcement training.

Segments will air at 5:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the WWAY ABC Affiliate, and at 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the WWAY CBS station on the date given below.
Recipes for each Culinary WWAY segment will be made available on the RCC Website once the episode airs at www.robeson.edu/wway.
