RCC presents an evening celebration of Black History Month

Robeson Community College will host a special evening celebration to commemorate Black History Month on Thursday, February 29. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the ADL Auditorium located in Building 15 on the main campus in Lumberton.

With a theme of “The Reason Why I Sing!” the message of the program will be sure to inspire those young and young-at-heart. Pastor Kelvin L. Barnes of Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church will serve as the guest speaker for the event.

The service is free and is open to the general public. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.
