Maggie Helgren declared 2023 winner of RCC’s Gingerbread house competition
“Eat more cake” is what a giant snowflake says in front of a gingerbread house adorned with blue and white sprinkles, white chocolate chips, a chimney made out of peppermint candy, and holiday holly made out of candy. The masterpiece created by Maggie Helgren was declared the winner of the 2023 RCC Gingerbread house competition and features two gingerbread men providing greetings at the door.
There was a tie for second place between Cheneice Milon and Dailyn Tolentino.
Third place went to Atzel Salvador.
Votes for the competition sponsored by the student government association were cast by faculty, staff, and students at Robeson Community College.
