Flu shot clinic scheduled for September 15 at RCC

A flu vaccination clinic has been scheduled for September 15 at Robeson Community College.

The free clinic, being offered in partnership with Walgreens, will take place in the Student Center, Building 13 in the Boost Room, from 9 a.m. to 1pm. The clinic is open to students, faculty, staff and the general public.

The flu shot is free with most insurance. 

If an individual’s insurance does not cover the costs for the flu shot, or if someone does not have insurance, the cost will be as follows:

• Standard Dose, for those 65 and under, will cost $31.50
• High-Dose Flu shot, typically given to those 65 years or older, will cost $62.00. 

This is a discounted cash price rate available through Walgreens.
