Financial Literacy
The course is designed to help students understand real-life economic concepts and economic ways of thinking that will enable them to make better informed decisions as it relates to their role as a member of the workforce. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- Banking Fundamentals
- Income versus Expenses
- Creating a Budget
- How to Increase Income and Decrease Expenses
- Wage Improvement Plans
- Other Basic Economic Literacy Concepts.
This two-hour class is completely online and is considered an asynchronous class. This means you can work on the class at a time which is convenient with your schedule.
