“This is our fourth edition of SOAR magazine, and it is full of all the good news happening at Robeson Community College,” stated RCC President Melissa Singler. “Robeson Community College is quickly becoming a favorite summer education destination, and if you want to get the scoop on all the great things happening, just enroll today, and you’ll discover a new future awaits you.”

The fourth edition features a graduate who has started his own electrical business at the age of 23, a mother and daughter who took classes together and now are Clinical Certified Medical Assistants, and a young man who found his purpose through short-term training and will walk across the stage this May to receive an associate’s degree. It also includes recipes from culinary arts, blackout poetry, and the complete 2025 Summer Curriculum schedule.

“Many students come to RCC earn credentials and develop new skills for the workforce, and others who come for a two-year degree in a technical field, while others may attend so they can transfer and continue their education to obtain a 4-year degree,” Singler stated. “There are just so many ways that Robeson Community College can help you achieve success.”
