The College and Career Readiness Division of Robeson Community College serves those who seek to receive an Adult High School (AHS) or a High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma. The College and Career Readiness Division also provides programs of study in English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult Basic Education Transitions (ABET) for mentally disabled adults seeking life and survival skills as well as classes designed to support those students pursuing Nursing Assistant (NA), Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET), Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Firefighter certification.

To enrolled in our classes, you will need to take a placement test (see our testing schedule) and attend an orientation (see our orientation schedule) before entering class.

Anyone 16 or 17 years of age must be out of school at least 6 months (a letter from your school stating the last day attended is required) to pick up the appropriate forms from the College and Career Readiness Division located in building 3 before they can test. Note:  This form has to be notarized.

For students who seek to enroll in our ABET classes, you need to make an appointment by calling 910-272-3608.

The College and Career Readiness Division follows both a Managed Enrollment Policy and  Attendance Policy. Students can only enroll at the beginning of each month after they have been tested and attended orientation. Students are required to attend 80% of class time per month.
