Education Pinning Ceremony Held May 5 at RCC

Robeson Community College celebrated its 2022 Education graduates with a pinning ceremony on its campus, Thursday, May 5 at 6:00 p.m.  

In addition to being pinned, students also received a copy of the book, Be You, written by New York Times best-selling author Peter H. Reynolds. Be You is a joyful reminder of the ways that every child is unique and special and helps readers to “be your own work of art” by being curious, adventurous and brave.

Dr. Ericka Jones Whitaker, CEO of Southeastern Community Action Partnership, served as the guest speaker of the event.

In addition to receiving the associates degrees listed below, a total of 40 certificates will also be awarded to this graduating class, in infant/toddler, preschool, administration, and CTE studies.
