Focused Industry Training
The FIT program provides customized training and services to assist manufacturing industries that produce and/or process industrial materials and those companies whose main product or service is the design and programming of computers and telecommunications systems. These training program targets incumbent workers that need to update their skills and technical knowledge due to technological and process improvements within the industry. Training provided by FIT is often specialized only for that industry sector; therefore, class size is often small. Instruction is directed toward skilled and semi-skilled production workers, maintenance staff and leaders/supervisor of those who perform industrial processes.
