Human Resources Development
Human Resource Development is a program to educate and train people in transition and the emerging workforce for success in the workplace. It is a workforce development program that promotes community and economic development.
The program focuses on meeting customer wants and needs using linkages when appropriate and serves as the portal of entry for proven economic, social, and educational success. Emphasis is placed on enhancing and developing the student's employability skills, assisting the student in accessing employment opportunities, and developing and promotion the individual's ability to acquire economic self-sufficiency.
