Parlett to lead RCC Foundation Division
LUMBERTON, NC (April 2010) —
Lynda W. Parlett has assumed the responsibilities as Executive Director for the RCC Foundation and Development.
For the past 5 years, Parlett has served as Director of the Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs at RCC accumulating a portfolio including six major federal agencies and totaling more than $5.8 million.
Prior to coming to RCC, Parlett served as Director of the Center for Sponsored Research and Programs and as Director of Development at UNC Pembroke. While Director of Development,. Parlett amassed more than $600,000 in cash, trusts and bequests in a 24 month period.
Parlett holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Methodist College in Fayetteville and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from UNC Pembroke.
Parlett and her husband Steve live in Fayetteville with their daughter Amy.
