RCC Foundation Golf Tournament Helps Students
LUMBERTON, NC (August 13, 2008) — The Robeson Community College Foundation Inc.'s Twenty-third Annual Golf Tournament is set for Thursday, September 11, 2008. The Clifford Bullard Memorial Golf Tournament will take place at Cliffwood Golf Course in Lumberton. Becky Bullard, wife of the late Clifford Bullard,is the Corporate Sponsor for the event.
Registration starts promptly at 11:00 a.m., a sponsored lunch by Black Water Grille at 11:30 a.m., and the shotgun start time is at 12:30 p.m. First, second, and third place trophies will be awarded. Door prizes will be announced at the event.
Last year the Tournament raised nearly $20,000 to help support educational opportunities for students at the College. Available sponsorship opportunities include:
- $500 Gold Sponsorship - (Includes: 4 player team with
mulligan/ladies tees/hole sponsorship, hole signage and marquee sponsor
recognition)
- $350 Super Sponsorship - (Includes: 4 player team with
mulligan/ladies tees and hole sponsorship)
- $75 Individual Player - (Includes: mulligan/ladies tees)

All proceeds from the Tournament will be used to support the works of the RCC Foundation. The RCCF is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization that provides financial support to projects such as: scholarships, special financial assistance for tuition and books, professional development, campus events, and community activities.
