New Student Orientation (NSO)
Make plans to attend a New Student Orientation (NSO) to ensure academic success and learn more about student resources, college policies, procedures and publications.
YOU MUST BE ACCEPTED TO THE COLLEGE PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION (NSO)!
During NSO you will interact with faculty in their respective departments, network with faculty, staff and students over a complimentary lunch/dinner, register for fall courses, explore the MyRCC Online Portal, attend break-out sessions to learn more about college resources and organizations, obtain a parking permit and your Student ID. This day will help prepare you for a successful college experience!
Individual programs will conduct New Student Orientation sessions on specific days. Please make sure you register for the day in which your program of interest is conducting an orientation. Currently there are no sessions scheduled. Please check back later!
The following programs will be participating in New Student Orientation (NSO):
Business Technologies – (Business Administration, Computer Information Technology, Medical Office Administration and Office Administration)
Health Science – (EMS, Medical Assisting, Nursing (PN/ADN), Radiography, Respiratory Therapy and Surgical Technology)
Industrial Technologies – (Electrical Systems Technology, Welding Technology, Air Conditioning and Heating and Refrigeration Technology)
Public Service – (Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Culinary and Early Childhood)
