Counselor, Student Services
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications — A Master's Degree in Counseling or a Master's Degree in any relevant discipline with eighteen graduate hours in Counseling from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications — A Master's Degree in Counseling, previous testing experience, three years counseling experience in a post-secondary environment and eligible for counseling licensure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Counselor will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate services for students with disabilities
- Coordinate entrance placement testing accommodations for applicants with disabilities
- Facilitate individual and group counseling
- Develop and implement workshops based on student needs
- Serve as an academic advisor
- Other duties as assigned
SALARY:
$43,477 - $64,966 annually, as determined according to RCC's Salary Plan, incumbent's educational credentials and work experience.
