Professional Development Coordinator (PT)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications — Bachelors Degree in the field of Early Childhood, Birth-to-Kindergarten, Elementary Education or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications — A Masters Degree in the field of Early Childhood, Birth-to-Kindergarten, Elementary Education or a related field with 18 graduate hours in Early Childhood.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the Professional Development Program including the development of professional development plans with licensed child care providers.
- Track and monitor the educational progress of child care providers.
- Evaluate the activities of the project and complete monthly reports as required by the Robeson County Partnership for Children.
- Revise/write new grant applications annually for each new upcoming fiscal year.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with local agencies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Asst. VP of Public Service and Applied Technology and the Robeson County Partnership for Children.
SALARY:
$28,000 - $34,000 determined based upon RCC's Salary Plan, candidate's education and work experience.
