What is Learn and Earn Online?
The Learn and Earn Online Program funded by the public schools in collaboration with Robeson Community College provides free online classes to students in grades 9 - 12.
Guidelines:
Students can take college-credit courses that have been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirements.
Students may earn both high school and college credit for completed courses.
Students must meet RCC entrance requirements.
*SAT Scores: Math—450, Writing—480, Reading—480
*ACT Scores: Math—20, English—20, Reading—20
*RCC Compass & OPAC Keyboarding Placement Test (given on RCC’s Campus)
Students should contact their high school counselor and complete required paperwork.
Coursework is completed online at school and/or at home.
Placement Testing, Advising and Tutorial Assistance are provided by RCC.
Testing Information
RCC Placement Testing/Retesting is scheduled May 27, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
All testing is done in Building 13, Counselors and Careers Office. Please bring a Photo ID.
To enroll in the Learn and Earn Program, you must meet RCC entrance requirements.

Students are also required to take the Opac Keyboarding Test which tests typing skills. Please visit the following website and download the free trial home version. The passing score is 20 wpm.
