The University of North Dakota John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences and Robeson Community College in Lumberton, NC are proud to offer you an exciting career in Air Traffic Control. Through a unique college transfer program these two institutions offer you the best-known, most advanced aviation curriculum in the world.
The Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics; Air Traffic Control offered by Robeson Community College and the University of North Dakota, is the first program of its kind and is designed to place you directly into the field of aviation, and since the program is FAA approved and certified you will be ready for assignment with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
As a students enrolled in the Air Traffic Control Program at Robeson Community College, you will receive one year of general education and you will obtain your Private Pilot Certificate. After this exciting first year you will transfer to the University of North Dakota where you will complete three more years of education and the required training to become a qualified Air Traffic Controller.
